I think we should discuss making a rule about Mods and the whole disciplinary procedure. I think there should be a three warning system, where the Mods can give a warning and if necessary ban a kick a person from the server, the bans would be left up to the Admins, but the warnings can be given by either.

The ban time would be decided on how severe the offenses were and the period of time in between the three warning.
